<ul>
<li>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Sales team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis) and a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within these agencies. A deep understanding of the (online) Media/Advertising ecosystem is a must. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering and outperforming on sales targets, in a fast-paced collaborative environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive revenue across your agency patch focussing on both existing clients and new prospects.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies.</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities within your agency patch.</li>
<li>Provide a strong consulting dimension and an excellent-quality service.</li>
<li>Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs.</li>
<li>Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) in order to best meet client requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.</li>
<li>Responsible in hitting and outperforming quarterly revenue target.</li>

<p><strong>What will you bring to the team?</strong></p>
<p>Your skills and experiences:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies.</li>
<li>Relentless revenue and customer focus to drive existing and new revenue across the agency patch.</li>
<li>Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis).</li>
<li>Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to close larger deals.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, solution- driven and self-driven.</li>
