And we need your help on this mission!</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;</p> <p>&lt;/gh-about-us&gt;<br><br>&lt;gh-role-detail&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About the role</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>As a Sales Manager, you'll drive business growth by focusing on margin, volume, and profit, providing ad-hoc support to Partners' Operations and Account Managers.</p> <p>Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our restaurant selection in the Bolt Food app by attracting and onboarding more restaurants to our platform.&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br><br></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings, and closing deals.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Being the first contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding, resolving any operational and administrative issues, and ensuring effective management of current accounts to achieve maximum business results.&lt;/point&gt;&nbsp;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Collaborating with the Operations team to ensure smooth partner activations and with the Account Management team to assist restaurants in their growth on our platform.&lt;/point&gt;&nbsp;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Tracking all sales activities, including emails, calls, and next steps, in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool to generate a comprehensive history.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Achieving growth targets by increasing sales and maintaining excellent relationships with our partners.&lt;/point&gt;&nbsp;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Actively sharing your expertise with the team and teaching various skills, including selling strategies, product knowledge, effective communication, and presentation skills.&lt;/point&gt;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales or a related field, a degree is an advantage.&lt;/point&gt;&nbsp;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You can effectively communicate in English and Polish, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You excel in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets with practical negotiation strategies and tactics, especially in high-growth sectors like shared economy, technology, transport, and startups.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset and are an experienced CRM user who can examine data to optimise your activities.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to change.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in seeking solutions to problems and a strong sense of ownership.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
