<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AI + XR + Workforce Performance</strong></p> <p>CGS Immersive is looking for a high-impact revenue leader to help transform an already-successful custom learning and immersive solutions business into a scaled AI/XR platform company. Our portfolio includes <strong>Cicero</strong>, an AI roleplay and workforce productivity platform, and&nbsp;<strong>TeamworkAR</strong>, an immersive AR/XR solution used to improve readiness, execution, and performance in high-stakes environments. CGS Immersive serves major enterprise customers and was recently recognized by Fast Company as one of the world’s most innovative companies.</p> <p><strong><em>We need more than a traditional Manager of Sales. We need a builder.</em></strong></p> <p>This role is for someone who can <strong>personally close strategic enterprise deals</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>upgrade and coach a sales team</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>tighten pricing and GTM</strong>, and help lead the transition from a service-led motion to a more repeatable platform-led revenue engine. You will report directly to the President and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success.</p> <p><em>You should be excited by questions like:</em></p> <ul> <li>How do we turn custom credibility into scalable platform growth?</li> <li>How do we improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy fast?</li> <li>How do we package, price, and position our offerings so enterprise buyers move faster?</li> <li>How do we improve renewals and expansion by aligning sales, customer success, and delivered value?</li> </ul> <p><em>You are likely a fit if you have:</em></p> <ul> <li>A strong record of winning enterprise deals yourself.</li> <li>Experience leading sales in a startup or growth-stage environment.</li> <li>A track record of helping a company move from founder-led or custom-solution selling into repeatable platform or SaaS growth.</li> <li>Confidence operating with imperfect systems, incomplete marketing support, and high expectations.</li> <li>The judgment and commercial acumen to be both strategic and hands-on.</li> </ul> <p>You are probably <strong>not</strong>&nbsp;the right fit if you are purely a people manager, come only from large-company environments, or have never helped build structure inside an evolving business.</p> <p>This is a rare chance to help shape the next chapter of an award-winning company at the intersection of AI, XR, learning, and enterprise performance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
