You will use your interpersonal and analytical skills to build and maintain long-term relationships, identify strategic approaches, conduct comprehensive market analysis, and generate leads to drive business objectives and enhance the growth of Flix on both global and local fronts.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and execute market strategies in collaboration with international sales and marketing teams, focusing on offline distribution channels such as travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and alternative points of sale</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Optimize revenue streams and channel efficiency by identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions to enhance results in designated regions</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the acquisition and development of reseller partners, ensuring effective communication and day‑to‑day operational support</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen the Flix portfolio in the Serbian market</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure information remains up to date to support operational effectiveness</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate strategic planning with the team leader and head of sales while managing local contracts, reporting market costs, and supporting budgeting processes</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide performance updates to internal stakeholders, collaborate across teams to drive business success</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Availability to travel approximately once every two months to visit partners is mandatory. A driver's license is not mandatory, but a small plus.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Italian, and fluency in English</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or account management</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong social, communication, and analytical skills</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to master basic and high-level reporting, and deep dive into defined challenges</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability in project management is a plus<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
