What You'll Be Working On
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account mapping and outbound through to RFPs, negotiations, and close
- Partner with product, marketing and business development to shape go-to-market strategies that resonate with financial institutions
- Establish and grow trusted relationships with senior compliance, risk and operations leaders at financial institutions
- Navigate complex sales processes including RFPs, proposal development, pricing negotiations and legal reviews
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy and accountability, providing clear forecasting and insight to the team
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Proven success meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with deal sizes of $100,000 - $200,000+
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and regulatory pressures faced by financial institutions
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal skills
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, with a track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in a team environment
- Established relationships with decision-makers across compliance, operations and trading support functions within buy-side and sell-side institutions
- Experience selling into capital markets / compliance / regtech
