Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for diagnostics and laboratory general equipment portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business channels.
  • Analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturer partners to support product launches and training.
  • Ensure excellent market coverage and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the diagnostics, or lab general equipment industry, including at least 2 years in a team-lead or management role.
  • Sales experience in distributor company is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performance teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Sales Manager.
