About the role

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within beauty
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, procurement, estimating, and product development to ensure client needs are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating timelines, project updates, and business opportunities
  • Prepare pricing proposals, support contract discussions, and manage program briefs from concept through execution
  • Present business updates, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives to leadership
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and maintain a strong market position
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the beauty, personal care, packaging, contract manufacturing, or broader CPG industry
  • Existing network of contacts within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer product sectors
  • Proven success generating new business, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and building pipelines from scratch
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, results-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity
