You will be a hands-on manager - present in the detail, close to the numbers, and invested in each person's development.</p> <p>You are expected to make the team work: holding the cadence, removing blockers, running the pipeline, and making sure activity translates into results.&nbsp;</p> <p>We serve independent hoteliers across Europe: family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains that have long been underserved by technology designed for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, we have a product with proven market fit. You will be leading people who sell something that genuinely makes a difference.</p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run daily execution: manage pipeline health, call activity, and meeting volume across the team - SDRs, BDR, and AEs</li> <li>Coach in the detail: listen to calls, give real-time feedback, and identify patterns that slow conversion</li> <li>Hire and onboard: bring in the right profiles and get them productive quickly</li> <li>Hold performance: track individual KPIs at every level, have honest conversations early, and support people to improve</li> <li>Act as the link between the team and leadership: surface what is working, flag what is not, and translate direction into daily habits</li> <li>Maintain HubSpot hygiene: ensure the team logs accurately so pipeline data can be trusted</li> <li>Collaborate with Account Executives to align outreach quality with closing requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment</li> <li>Native French speaker with strong written and verbal English</li> <li>You are a coach first: you get energy from developing people, not from being the best seller in the room</li> <li>Strong organisational skills - you can manage a small team across multiple roles without losing track of the detail</li> <li>Comfortable in a performance-oriented environment where targets are clear and accountability is real</li> <li>Experience in hospitality tech, online travel, or B2B SaaS is an advantage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive OTE - base salary plus performance-based commission</li> <li>Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule</li> <li>Comprehensive health insurance</li> <li>On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month</li> <li>A documented career path - with clear KPIs at every level</li> <li>Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options</li> <li>Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library</li> <li>An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey at Amenitiz!</p></div>
