<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The Home Health Sales Manager plays a key role in growing and developing our home health division. You'll oversee and mentor a team of business development representatives, support strategic planning, analyze referral and census trends, and act as a resource for both internal teams and community partners.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The ideal candidate is an experienced home health professional who understands payer sources, referral management, relationship building, and healthcare sales operations. <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with the Director of Business Development on strategic growth and market expansion</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor referral trends, patient census, and performance metrics across branches and territories</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Generate reports and business intelligence summaries for leadership</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support field team members through joint sales calls, account management, and problem resolution</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective referral accounts</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate with Intake, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure strong customer service and referral conversion</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain a working knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Managed Care, and other payer sources</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Participate in community events, networking, and industry meetings as needed</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Help meet departmental goals for census growth, referral volume, and market development</li>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">2 to 3 years of home health experience</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">2 or more years managing or leading a sales or business development team</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, Managed Care, and referral processes</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding account and growth targets</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare partners</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation</li>
</ul>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in home health, hospice, post-acute care, or healthcare services sales leadership</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience analyzing referral data and creating executive-level reports</li>
</ul>
