This role will involve travel all around PA to support the individual AEs in their respective territories.  <h2>The Role </h2> Green Thumb is seeking a talented Sales Manager to oversee our growing Pennsylvania cannabis program.  As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to ensure we meet and exceed our distribution targets and revenue growth targets. As a process manager you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, influencing and educating our customers, developing sales & production strategies, maintaining budget/sales forecasts and manage the overall execution of the sales plan.  You thrive in a growth, gritty environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in. This role is best suited for an extroverted go-getter who doesn’t mind phone calls, driving and ample facetime. You will be in dispensaries often interacting with a variety of clientele. data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="1">Work with Branding and Marketing teams to develop advertising strategy and promotional activities. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications  </h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of outside sales preferably in consumer packaged goods (food & beverage, preferred) </li> <li>Knowledge of cannabis industry, regulations, market trends and competition highly preferred </li> <li>Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas  </li> <li>Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business </li> <li>Experience of P&L and budget management </li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools </li> <li>Experience working in sales management systems (i.e. Salesforce) </li> <li>Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness </li> <li>Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment </li> <li>Possesses a high level of critical thinking </li> <li>Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information </li> <li>Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb </li> <li>Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of
