You will play a key role in bringing affordable, sustainable travel to even more people through our offline sales channels.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on key strategic projects within the sales department</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and steer shop performance across the network, maintaining a structured overview of the most relevant KPIs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan, execute, report and document shop and agency projects in a highly self-organized manner</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Roll out new Flix shops and support existing ones, including commercial planning and quality management</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across teams and markets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the key point of contact and strategic advisor for the Peruvian shop organization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Apply traditional and/or agile project management methodologies depending on the nature of each project</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About You</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">First proven experience in a project management role</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities<br></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including at an international level</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Passion for supporting people and facilitating the success of projects, teams and individuals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers, paired with a creative mindset, a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Driven to take on new challenges and see them through to meaningful results<br></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English and Spanish — additional languages are a plus</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
