About the role
Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a proactive Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our client’s busy estate agency.
This role involves managing the sales process from initial property listings through to negotiating offers with buyers. You will play a key role in representing the agency, marketing properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- List new properties and conduct thorough market appraisals.
- Prepare and advertise properties across multiple platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers in line with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lister within estate agency or property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local property market would be advantageous.
- Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
Benefits
Basic (negotiable) + OTE £40,000 pa to £46,000 pa + Benefits
