About the role
Position Overview
The Sales & Operation Manager will oversee both commercial and operational activities in the local market. This role combines business development with day-to-day operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the client portfolio, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining client satisfaction, while contributing to the company's strategic
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Define and implement the local commercial strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect clients across sectors.
- Promote company full range of services (software, consultancy, training, outsourcing, etc.).
- Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients and partners.
Operations
- Coordinate the execution of client projects with internal technical teams.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage client relationships post-sale and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise local administrative and logistical operations.
Team Management & Reporting
- Supervise and support the local team (sales, admin, technical staff if applicable).
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales pipeline, KPIs, and operations.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis.
Knowledge & Experience
- Master’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in IT or business services.
- Solid understanding of software, consulting, or outsourcing services.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with the local market and business environment is a strong asset.
