Reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations &amp; Planning, this individual will act as the core engine driving our day-to-day sales data tracking and platform workflows.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate is a data integrity champion who possesses deep, hands-on administration experience with Boostr, serving as the technical backbone of our sales pipeline and the primary builder of actionable business intelligence reports.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Boostr Platform Administration &amp; Data Management (CRM/OMS)</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Boostr System Ownership: Act as the internal super-user, daily administrator, and "go-to" technical expert for our integrated Boostr CRM and Order Management System (OMS).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Workflow Optimization: Maintain day-to-day revenue data tracking, system configuration, and data integrity workflows within Boostr; coordinate with IT to troubleshoot platform infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Platform Efficiency: Manage technology platform tasks, build out fields, and implement data visualization dashboards to ensure a seamless technical transition from lead generation to deal closure.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data Hygiene: Execute rigorous daily data hygiene audits, ensuring all sales stage data, contract entries, and account assignments are accurate and ready for finance and leadership.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Deal Tracking &amp; Forecast Support</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sales Floor Integration: Partner closely with Regional Sales VPs as a dedicated operational resource to track real-time deal movement, verifying stage changes, budget fluctuations, and "Win/Loss" data within the CRM.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Forecasting Support: Pull, aggregate, and assemble daily pipeline reporting to support accurate, data-driven sales forecasting and inventory trend analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operational Setup: Execute the administrative setup of sales territories, target account allocations, and quota plans within the CRM as directed by sales leadership.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting Architecture</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales cycle length, conversion rates, and quota attainment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Inventory &amp; Modeling Support: Assist in compiling data models to evaluate pricing changes, marketplace dynamics, and revenue yield optimization across available media inventory.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; We take a data-driven approach to pay.
