About the role
Your tasks:
- Manage Sales Infrastructure: Act as the administrative and technical backbone of the sales process, mastering internal systems and workflows to enable effective sales execution.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Take ownership of accuracy, organization, and follow-through to ensure CRM data, reports, and deal documentation remain highly consistent.
- Support Commercial Teams: Collaboratively support sales colleagues by handling required preparation work and proactively tracking project deliverables.
- Facilitate Clear Communication: Maintain open, structured, and clear communication channels across internal stakeholders and sales team members.
You bring to Lingoda:
- 1-2 years in a fast paced environment, in back office coordination, sales operations role or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, with good understanding of process and workflow execution
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for data and data analysis
- Strong critical thinking and ability to deal with complexity
