<p>As our commercial activity scales, we are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to own and optimize the core commercial processes that power our global sales organization, with a strong focus on complex enterprise deals, legal-commercial workflows, and AI-enabled sales operations.</p>
<p>This role is highly hands-on and cross-functional, working daily with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Leadership.</p>
<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>You will be the operational backbone of Cylus’ commercial execution. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial proposals, contracts, and pipeline management, while actively implementing AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and predictability across sales processes.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone with a commercial, legal, or contracts background, who enjoys structured thinking, complexity, and making order out of moving parts.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Commercial Proposals & Enterprise Deals</li>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end commercial proposal process, including scope definition, pricing structures and approval workflows.</li>
<li>Manage complex, multi-cycle proposals including tender processes with strategic customers and partners.</li>
</ul>
<li>Legal & Contractual Operations</li>
<ul>
<li>Lead commercial coordination.</li>
<li>Act as the primary interface between Sales and Legal.</li>
<li>Maintain structured contract tracking and status visibility across the organization.</li>
</ul>
<li>Sales Pipeline, Forecasting & Analytics</li>
<ul>
<li>Own CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Produce accurate pipeline forecasts, working closely with Finance.</li>
<li>Translate pipeline data into actionable insights for sales leadership and management.</li>
</ul>
<li>AI-Driven Sales Operations</li>
<ul>
<li>Identify, implement, and continuously improve AI-based tools for Proposal drafting, Contract review and comparison, Sales forecasting and risk analysis, CRM automation and data enrichment and such</li>
<li>Design smarter workflows that reduce manual work and improve cycle times across sales and legal processes.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h2>We’re Looking For Someone Who Has</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, legal operations, or enterprise deal management.</li>
<li>Strong experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, ideally in B2B industries.</li>
<li>A legal, contracts, or commercial background is a strong advantage (law degree or equivalent experience welcomed).</li>
<li>High analytical ability and attention to detail, with the confidence to make judgment calls.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools applied to sales, legal, or operational workflows, or a strong desire to lead this transformation.</li>
<li>A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Big Plus</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, rail, or other mission-critical industries.</li>
<li>Startup or scale-up experience.</li>
<li>Direct exposure to large strategic partners or system integrators.</li>
</ul>
