<p data-path-to-node="5">We’re looking for a <strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="20">Sales Operations Associate</strong> to lead the operational backbone of our Customer Success functions. Your mission is global: you will design, implement, and maintain the data systems that support Clara’s growth across all our operating markets.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="6">In this role, you aren't just an administrator; you are a strategic architect of our <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="85">HubSpot</strong> environment. As part of an AI-native team, you will be expected to use automation to eliminate friction in the customer journey, ensuring our global teams have the real-time insights they need to drive retention and expansion at scale.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Global CRM Administration:</strong> Own the global <strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="42">HubSpot</strong> infrastructure for the CS team. You will drive account assignments, territory mapping, and data hygiene across all regions, ensuring a unified "one Clara" operational standard.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architect Strategic Analytics:</strong> Design and maintain global dashboards in <strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="72">HubSpot</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="84">Metabase</strong>. You will transform raw multi-country data into actionable narratives that help leadership understand business impact and team performance.</p>

You will define segments, collaborate with Growth Marketing on global messaging, and track performance using <strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="202">Amplemarket</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="218">HubSpot</strong>.</p>

You will lead the training and onboarding for new hires across regions, ensuring high adoption of our tools and automated workflows.</p>

We expect you to constantly reinvent how we work to increase team velocity.</p>

This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.</p>
