The Role

One Park Financial is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic inside sales team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in our call center, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service and meets sales targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving performance, developing team members, and achieving our business objectives. Responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, conducting performance reviews, monitoring call center metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in a call center setting
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience managing and overseeing the performance of sales teams
  • Strong client relationship management skills and inside sales experience
  • Ability to develop strategies for identifying and engaging business prospects
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while managing confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; motivated and results-driven
  • Familiarity with sales processes and call center operations, including reporting and performance management
