Job Summary
Lead full-cycle B2B sales—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing—across target sectors (SaaS, FinTech, telecom, startups). Own a healthy pipeline, hit targets, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
Run discovery meetings; diagnose pain points and tailor solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to multi-level stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead gen → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in the CRM; produce weekly updates.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets; share client and market insights with the team.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
Exposure to SaaS/FinTech/telecom/startups or related.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Zoho is a plus).
University degree; good command of English.
Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
Working Conditions
On-site, full-time, two days off; no business travel.
