<p><strong>Summary:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Sales Recruiter (also known as Talent Experience Partner) at HighRadius, you will play a significant role in our growth strategy as a key member of our recruiting team. As the ultimate HighRadius ambassador, you will deliver a unique experience beginning with a candidate’s initial interaction, through the offer process, and leading up until day one. To be successful in this role, you should be a “hunter” who is relentless in pursuit of “A-player” talent and have strong stakeholder management skills.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a part of our People &amp; Culture team, you will work on-site full-time in our Houston headquarters (77042).</p> <p><strong>Your Day-to-Day:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Sourcing &amp; Outreach:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive requisition intake process, ensuring alignment to ideal candidate criteria</li> <li>Generating qualified candidate leads through outbound outreach, sourcing and engaging passive candidates through cold and warm outreach, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.</li> <li>Tailor outreach efforts to attract diverse and qualified talent for open roles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recruitment Process Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage requisitions, post jobs, and ensure accurate tracking of candidates in Greenhouse (ATS).</li> <li>Conduct initial candidate screenings using Brighthire to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.</li> <li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.</li> <li>Monitor measurable recruitment analytics with a high level of accountability around KPIs such as pipeline conversion, time to fill, etc.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and the executive leadership team to understand role requirements and hiring needs.</li> <li>Provide updates on candidate pipelines and progress toward hiring goals.</li> <li>Drive adoption of our Interview Framework by providing real-time coaching to leaders and interview panelists</li> <li>Conduct feedback loops with hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment to HighRadius’ talent philosophy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Offer &amp; Preboarding:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage offer extension process, from offer preparation and negotiation through closure.</li> <li>Guide candidates through the preboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to HighRadius.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required</li> <li>3+ years of experience in a metrics-driven corporate recruiting role</li> <li>Sales recruiting experience required</li> <li>Proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities</li> <li>Takes a data-driven approach to talent acquisition and understands the metrics they need to hit to be successful and achieve targets</li> <li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication, high EQ, and ability to influence others</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles)</li> <li>Competitive benefits, 401k matching plan and wellness resources</li> <li>Chance to earn stock options for top-performers</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Paid company &amp; flex holidays</li> <li>ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-Onsite</span></p>
