Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!

Location: Various outlets across Malta (Mriehel, Tigné Point, Shoreline Mall, Zejtun, Mosta)

Position: Full-time

Are you a people-person with a passion for home improvement and great service? Homemate Co. Ltd, Malta’s largest home store, is expanding and we’re looking for energetic, motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients to the right products and solutions.
• Merchandise and maintain stock levels on the shop floor, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Communicate with suppliers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a proactive mindset, who also works confidently on their own.
• Someone with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
• IT-literate and comfortable using basic retail software.
• Previous retail experience is an asset, but not essential – a great attitude goes a long way!
• Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM).
• Willingness to work in any of our Homemate outlets, as required.

Please note: Flexibility across our locations is important – you may be scheduled to work in any of our stores depending on operational needs.
