About the Position: Sales Intake Representative

In the role of Sales Intake Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients—being the approachable, informed voice that welcomes them to our firm. You will assist them from their first inquiry through to arranging a formal legal consultation with one of our seasoned attorneys. Your empathy, professionalism, and clear communication will establish the foundation for a strong and enduring attorney-client relationship.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Create Exceptional First Impressions
  Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
• Handle Client Calls with Care
  Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
• Own the Client Journey
  Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

Requirements

• We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment. Please ensure your relevant sales experience is clearly reflected on your resume.
• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
