About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-generate sales leads via variety of means including networking, referrals, warm and cold calling and develop a robust pipeline throughout the sales region. 
  • Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers either from one off sales or new contracts. 
  • Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures and trading standards. 
  • Account management – maintain relationship with customer post sale to ensure customer satisfaction by also promoting the good image of the Company
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system. (CRM)
  •  Ensure adherence to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all NCH Europe Agents and Employees. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Recent experience within a customer contact environment and sales and technical background desirable but not essential
  •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  •  Experience in interacting/communicating with people is preferable 
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of planning and prioritising skills, to enable multiple demands to be managed effectively 
  • Proficiency in using smart technology : E.g. tablets / ‘apps’ 
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
