You bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and local execution, driving the "next chapter" for On in NZ through premium account management and authentic community engagement. By leading a high-performing field team and owning the strategic relationship with key accounts, you ensure On becomes the most sought-after performance brand in the New Zealand market.</p> <h1><strong>Stakeholders</strong></h1> <ul> <li><strong>Oceania Leadership:</strong> Partner with the Commercial Director to align NZ market strategy with regional business goals.</li> <li><strong>Oceania Operations, Tech &amp; Marketing:</strong> Collaborate with the Australia-based teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution, technical education and local brand awareness &amp; relevance.</li> <li><strong>Key Retail Partners:</strong> Act as the primary strategic point of contact for premium sports retailers across New Zealand. Partner with AU Key Accounts Teams where ANZ relationships are lead out of Australia</li> <li><strong>NZ Field Team:</strong> Lead and coach the South Island Sales Representative &amp; Tech/Community Specialist to deliver a unified brand experience.</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1> <h2><strong>Strategic Market Leadership</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Define and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the New Zealand market in alignment with Oceania’s regional objectives.</li> <li>Identify and capitalize on premium growth opportunities, ensuring On’s footprint reflects its position as a premium performance brand.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Account Management &amp; Sales Execution</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the North Island sales operations, acting as the primary expert on the local account landscape.</li> <li>Build and maintain high-level relationships with key partners, utilizing business metrics to drive sell-in and sell-through performance.</li> <li>Deliver high-impact sales presentations and strategic business reviews to partners, leveraging data to influence buy-in.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Community &amp; Brand Elevation</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Oversee the integration of sales, technical training, and community engagement to create a 360-degree brand experience.</li> <li>Drive the "eyes and ears" strategy, providing deep market insights to the broader Oceania team to influence product and marketing directions.</li> <li>Manage and execute local expos, participation events, and trade shows to foster a thriving local community.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>People Leadership &amp; Talent Development</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and manage the NZ field team.</li> <li>Own the full talent lifecycle for the NZ team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Success Measures</strong></h1> <h2><strong>Strategic Market Leadership</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Achievement of NZ-specific revenue targets and premium growth percentages.</li> <li>Successful delivery of the 3-year NZ market growth strategy.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Account Management &amp; Sales Execution</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Year-over-year increase in market share within existing doors and successful activation of strategic new doors.</li> <li>Accuracy of sales forecasting and sell-through rates for NZ accounts..</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Community &amp; Brand Elevation</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Qualitative assessment of brand sentiment and community growth within the NZ market.</li> <li>Successful execution of flagship community events and trade shows.</li> <li>Brand awareness.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>People Leadership &amp; Talent Development</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Engagement and retention scores of direct reports in the NZ field team.</li> <li>Successful onboarding and performance ramp-up of new hires.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
