We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and strategically minded Sales Representative to expand our outbound pipeline and open doors to high-value opportunities. If you excel at prospecting, creating demand, and moving conversations from curiosity to opportunity, this role is your next major step.


What You’ll Do

  • Run discovery calls and demos for our current and upcoming productized services.
  • Present to c-suite executives, diagnose problems, build trust and position Optimum7 as the strategic growth partner.
  • Multi-channel outreach: Leverage LinkedIn, email, phone calls, Zoom, and other platforms to engage new opportunities and nurture leads.
  • Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to strengthen your messaging and approach.
  • Drive pipeline growth: Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads across channels, from cold outreach to warm follow-ups.
  • Run discovery calls and demos for our current and upcoming productized services.
  • Own your metrics: Track activity, identify bottlenecks, and iterate fast to outperform targets.



What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales or Inside Sales role within a sales-driven organization.
  • Experienced in running discovery calls, live demos and presentations 
  • Able to identify and loop in key decision-makers and stakeholders to a deal.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in competitive environments.
  • Exceptional communicator with sharp presentation and negotiation skills — you build trust fast and close faster.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable — thriving both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI prospecting tools would be a plus 



Preferred Experience

  • Sales experience in an eCommerce agency or digital marketing/web development environment or Saas Company 
  • Experienced in running discovery calls, live demos and presentations
  • Able to identify and loop in key decision-makers and stakeholders to a deal.
  • Comfortable running discovery calls and follow-ups with VPs and C-suite
