Job Position: Sales Associate (Retail)

Salary Range:
- $2,500 - $2,800 per month, with potential to exceed $3,000 depending on experience (very negotiable)
- Sales commission available

Working Area:
- Jurong East

Working Hours:
- 6 days work week (Retail hours: 10:30am - 8:30pm)
- Off day on a weekday

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
- Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
- Support daily retail operations and work towards achieving sales targets

Requirements:
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication skills
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Willingness to learn about lighting and bathroom products
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
