The role focuses on outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are a good fit for the platform. The day-to-day activities involve lead qualification, outbound sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and occasional travel to other cities in Bulgaria. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to potential partners, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br><br></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Responsible for the whole sales funnel</strong>, including leads processing, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings and closing.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Achieve growth</strong> and hit sales targets.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Record </strong>all daily <strong>activities</strong> performed <strong>in the CRM</strong> to generate history.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Be the first contact of new partners</strong>, supporting them in the onboarding experience and all operational and administrative issues that it entails.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Collaborate</strong> with the <strong>Operations team </strong>to smoothly activate all restaurants.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Collaborate</strong> with the <strong>Account management team</strong> to help restaurants to grow on our platform.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Solve</strong> daily <strong>commercial</strong> or operational <strong>issues</strong>.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Fluency in Czech &amp; English language, both in verbal and written forms is essential.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You are <strong>motivated and energetic</strong>.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You are an <strong>analytical thinke</strong>r who loves to solve problems.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Be an owner</strong> and proactively find solutions to problems.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Be passionate</strong> about new technologies and food tech.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>You are organised.</strong> You deliver stuff on time &amp; handle stress well.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>You are social.</strong> You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Candidate must be familiar with AI tools.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
