Back then, we had no processes, no roadmap - just a blank slate.</p> <p>Over the next few months, Jacob, Vaibhav, and I built the entire foundation of our inside sales process. From defining how associates close deals to setting up our CRM tracking, we created a system that would scale as the company grew. Fast forward to today: the team has expanded into multiple layers - ISAs, team leads, managers, and a dedicated Key Accounts team.
