About the role
Position Overview
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s HR solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client databases.
- Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on proposals, contracts, renewals, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare commercial and financial proposals and manage client accounts.
