Do you enjoy helping people and delivering value? This could be the opportunity for you.&nbsp;Aura is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeking&nbsp;<strong>high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists</strong> to help our existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote, work-from-home position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact, develop your consultative sales skills, and grow your career in a fast-paced tech environment. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Day to Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master and evangelize Aura’s story&nbsp;and mission to “create a safer internet” for individuals and families</li> <li>Become an expert on Aura’s product suite&nbsp;and how it protects customers’ digital lives</li> <li>Make daily outbound calls&nbsp;to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features</li> <li>Consult and advise customers&nbsp;on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions</li> <li>Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets</li> <li>Collaborate with team members&nbsp;to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience</li> <li>Stay informed&nbsp;on industry trends and cybersecurity news to act as a trusted advisor to customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’re passionate about helping people and naturally engaging in conversations</li> <li>You’re self-driven, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment</li> <li>You’re a team player who knows how to win individually and together</li> <li>You have high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning</li> <li>You love working hard, having fun, and celebrating success with your team</li> </ul> <p>Aura offers a generous package to support our employees’ personal and professional lives. Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this role includes an hourly rate of $18/hour, plus commission.
