<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We Need</strong></span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a Sales Strategist to help power Yieldmo’s growing Sports vertical by developing thoughtful, data-informed proposals that drive revenue and strengthen client partnerships. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales leadership, professional sports teams, and cross-functional partners to shape strategic responses to RFPs and proactive opportunities. You thrive in fast-moving environments where organization, curiosity, and attention to detail matter. You know how to connect information across teams, identify gaps before they become blockers, and build recommendations with confidence and clear rationale. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in one of Yieldmo’s fastest-growing business segments while helping define how we bring innovative advertising solutions to market.</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own development of RFP responses and proactive recommendations across a range of advertisers and verticals, ensuring proposals are strategic, differentiated, and delivered on time.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build client-ready media plans and proposal decks that clearly communicate Yieldmo’s value and position campaigns for successful activation.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Creative, and Operations teams to gather inputs and align on high-quality proposal execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Collaborate with external data and measurement partners to strengthen planning recommendations and storytelling.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify missing information early, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively move projects forward with minimal oversight.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support a variety of pre-sale requests by applying product knowledge, best practices, and strategic thinking across deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accuracy and consistency.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leverage internal insights, historical proposals, and analytics tools to validate recommendations and improve proposal quality over time.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support proposal development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain organized documentation across tickets, trackers, and cross-functional communications to ensure continuity and operational clarity.</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You bring 2–3 years of experience in media planning, sales planning, digital strategy, or a related advertising function.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have deep sports fluency and stay connected to teams, leagues, athletes, and key moments shaping the sports landscape.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to build clear, solutions-oriented recommendations under tight deadlines.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You communicate complex ideas clearly through strong written storytelling, presentation development, and cross-functional collaboration.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are comfortable identifying ambiguity, asking strategic questions, and independently driving work forward.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, deal IDs, and targeting methodologies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with planning, reporting, or analytics tools such as HubSpot, Looker, Comscore, or audience planning platforms.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to multiple advertiser verticals including Retail, CPG, Auto, Finance, or QSR.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude into research, workflow optimization, or proposal development.</span></li>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Hiring Process</strong></span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Candidates will be invited to join a remote interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A practical exercise that includes data analysis and a strategic proposal, giving you a chance to demonstrate how you think and how you work.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.</span></li>

<p>US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $70,000 to $90,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.</p>
