This is not a central ops or analytics role — you will sit directly alongside our sales leaders, owning the operating rhythm of the business and translating complex data into simple, opinionated guidance they can act on immediately.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will be the person our VPs and RDs turn to when they need to understand why a region is underperforming, how to structure their territory going into next year, or what needs to change in their pipeline to hit the number.&nbsp;</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Sales leadership partnership&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own the day-to-day operating rhythm for Sales leadership: pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBR preparation, and rep productivity analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the first call for Sales VPs and RDs when they’re diagnosing performance problems or need data-backed recommendations before a key decision.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, simple, actionable guidance — not just reporting, but a point of view on what to do next.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain the executive-level dashboards and metrics that give leaders an honest, real-time view of business health, funnel conversion, and rep productivity.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Annual planning &amp; strategy</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead annual GTM planning: territory design, quota modeling, and headcount planning in close partnership with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Model the financial impact of sales compensation plan changes to ensure plans are motivating, achievable, and aligned with company objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct scenario analysis to support high-stakes decisions — market segmentation, resource allocation, coverage model changes.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Process &amp; performance improvement</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify where the sales process is breaking down — conversion gaps, pipeline hygiene issues, velocity bottlenecks — and come with a recommendation, not just a diagnosis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Sales Operations on ensuring the tech stack is generating the data needed for analysis. You don’t need to configure systems, but you need to know what good data looks like and how to get it.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Offshore team leadership</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct a small offshore sales support team responsible for reporting, deck creation, and administrative support for the domestic sales org.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define SLAs and workflows to ensure the team operates reliably and escalations are handled without becoming noise for Sales leaders.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">8+ years in Sales Operations with direct, day-to-day support of a quota-carrying sales organization (pipeline reviews, forecast calls, rep productivity conversations)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of partnering with and influencing VP/SVP-level Sales leaders as a trusted advisor, not just a data provider.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communication that makes complex things simple. You can take a messy dataset and turn it into a one-page, opinionated recommendation a Sales VP will act on.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong financial and operational modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets). Comfortable building territory models, quota scenarios, and comp plan analyses from scratch.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing direct reports or teams, including remote or offshore resources.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">US citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR requirement).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $140,000-160,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
