Position Summary:

Sales Team Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient store environment. This position combines cashier, customer service, and light merchandising duties to ensure that every shopper enjoys the best bargain experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer warmly upon entering the store.
  
• Accurately handle all cash, credit, debit, and electronic transactions.
• Assist customers with product questions.
• Request backup assistance when lines form at checkout.
• Stay productive — when not serving customers, help restock coolers, snack stations, or stock merchandise.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
  
• Promote featured and sale items through friendly upselling and product knowledge.
• Follow company policies for professionalism, appearance, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light cleaning or stocking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Variable shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, based on store needs.

Compensation:
