About the role

Tagaddod is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader for our Alexandria team (Alexandria, Behira, Marsa Matrouh, Kafr el Sheikh, and North Coast) . In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for planning sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the Alexandria cluster, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to management.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and find effective resolutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
