About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Sales Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
- Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
- Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Calls: Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
- Set Targets: Establish and review sales targets for the team.
- Improve Processes: Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of telesales experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Motivated and goal-oriented
