About the role
Heliopolis – Cairo | Full-time (Sun–Thu | 10 AM – 6 PM)
Weekends: Friday & Saturday
We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of the sales team in the real estate sector.
The role involves setting sales strategies, achieving targets, monitoring team performance, coaching sales agents, and ensuring smooth execution of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and supporting the team to achieve consistent growth and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ year experience in Real Estate as a team leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Excellent MS Office user
- Must have a car
- High-profile, target-driven professionals with strong leadership mindset
