Overview 



The Technology Advisor- Inside Sales position is a results-driven professional responsible for cultivating and converting high-quality leads and opportunities. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to expand our business, primarily focusing on existing clients and leveraging referral networks within the design and build sectors. The ideal candidate will forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors and clients, playing a pivotal role in setting accurate client expectations regarding project scope, budget, and timelines.

Core Job Responsibilities 

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.  
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive revenue growth.  
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and demonstrate continuous improvement in skills and performance.  
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing ideas and expertise while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams. 
  • Oversee comprehensive electronics system sales, including client testing and training sessions.  
  • Ensure accurate proposal development, specifications, and pricing in accordance with Denizen standards.  
  • Effectively manage project scope, pricing, and timelines for both internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Maintain detailed weekly documentation of lead activities, forecasts, and needs assessments. 
  • Participate in after-hours marketing and training events enhancing company visibility within architectural and design communities and further develop professional skills. 


 





 

Required Qualifications 


 

  • Education- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience preferred - Residential or Commercial AV Industry 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients 
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record 
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritize. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time  
  • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. 
  • Successfully perform in a workplace environment which could see extremes in temperatures
