Responsibilities:
Create engaging training materials (presentations, guides, multimedia)
Conduct training sessions for sales teams (in-person and virtual)
Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Work with sales and product teams to align training with business goals
Support onboarding and training of new sales hires
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience in software sales or sales training
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Skilled in creating and delivering training content
Passionate about training and developing people
Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in sales training is a plus
