
About the role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to lead our training initiatives focused on enhancing the performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating sales materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive training programs.
While we prefer candidates based in Singapore for a fully onsite role, we are open to considering profiles from outside Singapore for remote opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create training materials that cater to B2B sales strategies and best practices.
Design and implement training programs for internal trainers and sales teams, ensuring alignment with Cartrack's objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and objectives.
Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Mentor and guide internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training material.
Stay updated on industry trends and sales methodologies to incorporate into training content.
Manage the training calendar and logistics for all training sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales training and development or related roles.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and impactful training content.
Experience in mentoring and training others.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
