<p style="line-height: 1.4;"> </p></div><p class="p1">La nostra missione è diventare il fornitore di pagamenti più affidabile, e il ruolo di Sales Trainer è fondamentale per il nostro successo. <br>Riportando all’Amministratore Delegato, sarai responsabile di supportare un team di Payment Consultant (“PC”) nell’attuazione della nostra strategia di vendita sul territorio assegnato al tuo team.<br><strong>Il ruolo da Sales Trainer e' completamente da remoto e prevede spostamenti frequenti su tutto il territorio assegnato.</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Cosa farai…</strong><br>Adotterai un approccio pratico e operativo per supportare i nostri PC nel loro ruolo per Dojo. Questo può includere, ma non è limitato a:</p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li1">Fornire consulenza su tutti gli aspetti del nostro processo di vendita</li>
<li class="li1">Supportare i PC nella costruzione del proprio business muovendoti sul territorio assegnato</li>
<li class="li1">Motivare i PC in base alle esigenze individuali per ottenere risultati</li>
<li class="li1">Trasmettere e spiegare le informazioni aziendali necessarie per il loro successo</li>
<li class="li1">Essere presente e visibile sul campo per fornire supporto diretto e facilitare le vendite</li>
<li class="li1">Incentivare le performance e il coinvolgimento continuo dei PC attraverso sessioni di coaching individuali sul campo</li>
<li class="li1">Segnalare agli Area Manager eventuali lacune di conoscenza e/o opportunità di formazione, per contribuire allo sviluppo dei contenuti e alle iniziative formative</li>
<li class="li1">Informare Area Manager sull’efficacia degli incentivi per i PC e proporre opportunità di networking all'interno della rete dei PC sulla base delle tue osservazioni</li>
<li class="li1">Mantenere un allineamento costante con gli Area Manager, collaborando con loro e contribuendo a eventuali sviluppi riguardanti i PC della tua area</li>
<li class="li1">Agire come collegamento fondamentale tra i team interni e i PC</li>
<li class="li1">Supportare l’esecuzione della strategia di vendita sul campo stabilita dagli Area Manager e in linea con le priorità aziendali più ampie</li>
</ul>

<li class="li1">Esperienza nel settore dei pagamenti con carta</li>
<li class="li1">Esperienza sul campo con consulenti autonomi</li>
<li class="li1">Disponibilità a mobilità costante sul territorio assegnato</li>
<li class="li1">Capacità comprovata di motivare i team e costruire relazioni solide anche a distanza</li>
<li class="li1">Risultati dimostrati nelle vendite sul campo attraverso un approccio diretto in un modello di vendita con collaboratori autonomi</li>
<li class="li1">Capacità di adattare l’approccio di vendita in base al mercato esterno e alla strategia aziendale più ampia</li>

<p class="p1"><em>In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026, the minimum initial gross annual salary (RAL, distributed over 14 monthly instalments) for this advertised position is </em><strong><em>€39,600. </em></strong><em>Meal vouchers will be provided.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em>In addition, the position is eligible for a sales incentive plan and a car allowance.</em></strong></p>
