About the role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee development
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple training groups and stay highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professionalism and discretion with sensitive employee information
  • Passion for coaching, employee growth, and team development
  • Wednesday–Sunday schedule
  • Travel within the market required
  • Lead onboarding sessions and serve as a primary contact for new hires
  • Conduct in-field coaching and evaluations
  • $21–$25/hour + monthly performance bonus
  • Full benefits package + 401(k) match
