The results take care of themselves.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;">&nbsp;</p></div><p>The Role</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be a dedicated part of our Salesforce team, playing a crucial role in shaping how we leverage the platform to support our business and our customers. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring our Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities are maximised to meet evolving business needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Platform Expertise: Guide our team and stakeholders as a Salesforce expert in product implementation, ensuring best practices are followed and sticking to our principles of favouring configuration over customisation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Automation &amp; Configuration: Use declarative change solutions and automation tools like Flow, Milestones and Entitlement processes, and Workflow Rules to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Case Management: Build complex, high-volume Flows to automate the case lifecycle, from automated triage to post-closure CSAT surveys, and take ownership of Email-To-Case rules.</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical Support: Offer technical support and knowledge for escalated user and production issues, ensuring smooth operations across teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Release Management: Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production (experience with Copado is preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>System Administration: Create and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and custom objects/fields to ensure efficient access and usage across the company.</p> </li> <li> <p>Insights &amp; Reporting: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows that empower Dojo employees to make data-driven decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Governance &amp; Growth: Maintain system auditing evidence and documentation to meet requirements, and evaluate, install, and configure third-party apps from the AppExchange.</p> </li> <li> <p>Platform: Maintain overall Salesforce platform health, security, and performance while evaluating and implementing seasonal release updates to ensure system optimisation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Innovation: Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where knowledge sharing thrives, while exploring Agentforce and Einstein features to enhance predictive insights and productivity.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What you will bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certified Expertise: You are a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical Knowledge: You have hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in configuration, customisation, and integration across the Lightning Platform and Service Cloud.</p> </li> <li> <p>Development Literacy: You possess knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce development.</p> </li> <li> <p>Problem-Solving Mindset: You are a proficient problem solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex technical and business challenges.</p> </li> <li> <p>Future-Focused: You have experience with (or a strong interest in) Experience Cloud, Einstein, Agentforce and Agentic workflows</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in inclusive environments and are committed to continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the wider team.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Dojo home and away</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
