About the role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing custom solutions, building integrations, and ensuring robust functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Java, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
Design and develop Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
Write unit tests and ensure high code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.
Collaborate with team members to implement technical solutions.
Must-Have Requirements
Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
Proficiency in Java, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with building integrations and connecting distributed systems.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Knowledge of unit testing and Salesforce best practices.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to listen attentively and apply logic to problem-solving.
Strong follow-through and a can-do attitude.
Team-oriented and proactive approach.
Availability
Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
