You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Be Doing&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.&nbsp;</li> <li>Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of Salesforce development experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules</li> <li>Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)</li> <li>Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)</li> <li>Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)</li> <li>Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies&nbsp;</li> <li>Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)</li> <li>Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection&nbsp;</li> <li>Eligible to work in the U.S.</li> <li><strong>Required to have a Canadian passport or a valid US visitor visa to enter the US and attend meetings.</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Why&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Love Working Here&nbsp;</h3> <p>We take care of our people.
