This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly motivated, professional team that delivers business-critical Salesforce solutions across the organization.&nbsp;In this role, you will lead complex, end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, combining full project ownership, strong business analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Service, and additional business domains.<br>Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work, allowing flexibility and productivity.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>End-to-End Delivery:&nbsp;Lead Salesforce projects end to end, covering all lifecycle stages: initiation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li> <li>Business Analysis &amp; Partnership:&nbsp;Work closely with users and stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure solutions fully address real business problems.</li> <li>Project Leadership:&nbsp;Own timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple parallel projects.&nbsp;</li> <li>Salesforce Implementation &amp; Configuration:&nbsp;Collaborate with admins and developers on Salesforce configuration and delivery, including flows, validation rules, approval processes, automations, and integrations.&nbsp;</li> <li>System Ownership &amp; Continuous Improvement:&nbsp;Support ongoing system enhancements, maintenance, and optimization to ensure smooth daily operations and scalable growth.</li> <li>Cross-Functional &amp; Global Collaboration:&nbsp;Coordinate work between business teams, IT,&nbsp;R&amp;D and else&nbsp;across different geographies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience:&nbsp;At least 3&nbsp;years as a Salesforce Project Manager, System Analyst, or Business Applications Project Manager.</li> <li>Salesforce Knowledge:&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Expertise with all Salesforce modules, configuration, and administration.</li> <li>Solid technical skills&nbsp;-&nbsp;The role requires hands-on experience designing and working with Salesforce Flows, including complex, business-driven automations, while maintaining performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li> </ul> <li>Project Management:&nbsp;<u>Proven ability</u>&nbsp;to manage and drive multiple end-to-end projects to completion simultaneously.</li> <li>Stakeholder Communication:&nbsp;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.</li> <li>English:&nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Advantages / Nice to Have:</li> <ul> <li>Experience with Salesforce-integrated tools such as DocuSign, Workato, HubSpot, Netsuit.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-driven solutions and emerging AI tools.</li> <li>Salesforce certifications.</li> <li>Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.</li> </ul> </ul>
