Ego Tripp, a reputable salon, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with salon operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Job Duties:

- Check in and check out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Provide guests with information about our salon services, products, and promotions.

- Perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front and back areas of the salon.

- Assist the salon owner with stocking and inventory management, ensuring that supplies are readily available.

- Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus.
