Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.</p></div><p><strong>We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Essential Duties Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with equipment and plant sanitation.</li> <li>In conjunction with Sanitation Manager, conduct verifications and validations of equipment, processes and programs in relation to sanitation.</li> <li>Assist production employees address sanitation concerns.</li> <li>ESL and Aseptic manufacturing knowledge including sanitation</li> <li>Conduct ongoing audits on cleaning practices and provide training or coaching if needed</li> <li>Assist in environmental monitoring swabbing and testing</li> <li>Track and trend master sanitation data, environmental monitoring data, and pre-operation inspection data to help drive process improvement.</li> <li>Perform master sanitation schedule tasks for sanitation.</li> <li>Complete daily sanitation checklist tasks.</li> <li>Reviews sanitation records and any sanitation preventive control records</li> <li>Must effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all managers.</li> <li>Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.</li> <li>Ensure that all required maintenance is performed.</li> <li>Assist in root cause analysis as needed</li> <li>Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>SQF Requirements…</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.</li> <li>Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action.</li> <li>Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.</li> <li>Maintaining food safety and quality</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Coverage…</u></strong></p> <p>Sanitation Manager is trained in all aspects of the Sanitation Foreman Job Description and able to perform coverage in this position as needed.
