In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating SAP HCM solutions to meet our clients' needs. Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module.
- Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes.
- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions.
- Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements for the HCM module.
- Document developments and conduct technical testing.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module.
- Experience with ALV reports, SmartForms, Enhancements, BAPIs, BiB, Infoporter, BADIs, and User Exits.
- Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
- Advanced English level.
