Position: SAP Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Logistics (EWM)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Module: Extended Warehouse Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops, design functional blueprints, and configure advanced eWM features tailored to specific business needs.

• Drive system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), manage master data migration, and provide post-go-live hyper care.

• Investigate and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 production incidents while managing change requests within established SLA timelines.

• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and continuously optimize warehouse operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years (for Consultant), 5-7 years (for Senior Consultant), of SAP EWM experience; including at least 2 full-lifecycle project implementations and extensive AMS support history.

• Expert configuration skills in core EWM (Inbound/Outbound, POSC/LOSC, Wave Management) and basic ABAP debugging abilities for interface queues.

• Seamless knowledge of EWM cross-functional integration points with S/4HANA or ECC core modules, specifically MM, SD and PP.

• Strong English communication skills to lead business workshops, manage stakeholders, and balance project milestones with urgent support needs.
