About the Team:
SAP Customer Experience (CX) Services provides advisory, implementation, and transformation services. These services help customers benefit from SAP's CX offerings. The portfolio includes Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, and Consumer Products.
We work in a global environment that encourages cooperation. We partner with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders. We turn business strategies into scalable solutions that are ready for production. These solutions follow SAP best practices, clean core principles, and SAP BTP extensibility.
SAP is creating AI-driven customer experiences. CX Services is leading this effort. They incorporate generative AI and agentic AI into essential processes. They also guarantee security, compliance, and reliability for the entire enterprise.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for customers, leading AI-powered CX transformation initiatives across SAP Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing solutions
- Lead discussions with customers. Conduct workshops and engage with executives. Shape the vision for solutions and architecture. Also, identify how we will deliver them.
- Drive end-to-end solution design and execution for agentic and generative AI use cases embedded within CX business processes
- Translate SAP AI strategy (e.g., SAP Business AI, Joule, agentic frameworks) into functional, scalable customer solutions aligned with clean core principles
- Partner with customer stakeholders, SAP product teams, and internal architects to deliver measurable business outcomes and adoption
- Partner with SAP Sales team including AE, CSM and other stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor consulting teams across regions, ensuring consistent delivery quality, best practices, and architectural governance
- Lead solutioning for proposals, SOWs, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, timelines, and commercial models
- Identify opportunities for innovation and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency and customer value realization

Proven ability to lead complex CX transformations, embedding AI capabilities into enterprise workflows with measurable business impact

Strong experience leading executive-level discussions, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and influencing strategic decisions
Systems Thinking Across CX Landscape
Deep comprehension of how CX domains integrate with ERP and BTP, enabling scalable, end-to-end solution architectures
What You Bring
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience, with a proficient focus on SAP CX (Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud, Emarsys) and enterprise architecture principles or enterprise CRM transformations
- Experience leading solution architecture discussions, workshops, trade-offs, and technical governance.
- Proven ability to design and deliver cloud-based, integrated solutions using SAP BTP and clean core extensibility
- Proficiency in SAP BTP services (AI Core, AI Business Services, Integration Suite, Extension Suite)
- Experience applying Generative AI/LLMs in customer-facing scenarios (e.g., automation, recommendations)
- Advanced knowledge of GenAI architectures (RAG, agent orchestration, fine-tuning) and prompt engineering
- Well-developed background in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming (Python, Java) and MLOps/LLMOps and model lifecycle management
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Fiori) and API integration
- Experience with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), and A2A/MCP patterns
- Experience delivering end-to-end implementations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900 - 258300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
